SINGAPORE- World’s best carrier Singapore Airlines (SQ) has expanded its nonstop service from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) to Singapore Changi Airport (SIN). The increase strengthens connectivity between the Pacific Northwest and Asia with one of the world’s longest commercial flights.

Travelers now benefit from five weekly flights, restoring the route to its pre-pandemic schedule. The expansion provides greater flexibility for passengers flying between SEA and SIN without plane changes.

Singapore Airlines Nonstop Flights

Singapore Airlines has introduced a fifth weekly nonstop flight on its Seattle to Singapore service.

Operating as SQ27, departures now include Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 10:15 AM from Seattle, arriving in Singapore at 5:35 PM the following day. At 16 hours and 20 minutes, the service remains the longest nonstop flight out of Seattle.

The route debuted in September 2019 with three weekly flights and expanded to five in late 2019. Service was suspended in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to Forbes, the May 2024 expansion restores the schedule to pre-pandemic frequency.
