BOSTON- A JetBlue (B6) pilot was arrested for the child sexual exploitations allegations at Logan International Airport (BOS) on February 20 before a scheduled flight to Paris.
Authorities discovered an active warrant for his arrest in North Carolina, leading to his immediate detention. The charges stem from a case involving child exploitation allegations.

JetBlue Pilot Arrested
Massachusetts State Police apprehended 33-year-old, JetBlue (B6) pilot, Jeremy Gudorf as he prepared for duty.
According to the report by NBC, a routine manifest review by US Customs and Border Protection revealed an outstanding warrant linked to an investigation in Huntersville, North Carolina.
Gudorf was taken into custody on board the aircraft. Following his arrest, he was arraigned in East Boston District Court, where prosecutors confirmed that the North Carolina warrant was issued for second degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
Additionally, he faced a fugitive from justice charge in Massachusetts. During the court hearing, prosecutors requested that Gudorf be denied bail and surrender his passport.
However, the judge ruled otherwise, setting bail at $10,000. He was ordered to return to North Carolina by February 25.
A Massachusetts court date was initially set for March 19, but this will be waived if he clears the warrant.
Gudorf’s defense attorney, Tanvi Verma, emphasized that her client had no prior criminal record and intended to cooperate fully.
She acknowledged the severity of the charges but stated that he had the means to travel to North Carolina to address the case.

North Carolina Investigation Details
The Huntersville Police Department traced the case back to a tip received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in October 2024.
The tip led to a search warrant for Google, which ultimately identified Gudorf as the source of the reported images. In response, law enforcement secured an arrest warrant based on the evidence.
Authorities stated that Google provided the necessary records late last year, aiding the investigation.
However, specific details of the case remain undisclosed, as they were not discussed during Gudorf’s arraignment.

JetBlue’s Response
JetBlue (B6) issued a statement confirming the pilot’s arrest and immediate suspension. The airline placed him on indefinite leave while law enforcement continues its investigation.
JetBlue reiterated its commitment to reviewing the situation thoroughly and ensuring compliance with legal proceedings.

Legal Representation
Gudorf’s defense maintains that he is entitled to due process and a fair trial. Verma reiterated that, despite the charges, every defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
She assured the court that Gudorf understands the gravity of the case and is prepared to face legal proceedings.
The case remains under active investigation, with further legal developments expected as authorities in North Carolina proceed with the charges.
