FORT LAUDERDALE— JetBlue Airways (B6) has announced a major expansion at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), strengthening its position as the leading carrier at the airport with the highest number of departures. This winter, the airline will operate up to 113 daily flights from FLL.
Beginning in November, JetBlue will roll out nonstop service to nine new destinations, including Cali (CLO) in Colombia—a brand-new addition to its route map—alongside key cities across the U.S., Caribbean, and Latin America.

JetBlue New Fort Lauderdale Routes
Fort Lauderdale (FLL) has been a cornerstone of JetBlue’s network for 25 years. With this expansion, the airline is not only introducing nine new routes but also boosting flights on nine existing ones.
The strategy cements JetBlue as South Florida’s top choice for travelers seeking both domestic and international options.
Among the new destinations from FLL are:
- Cali, Colombia (CLO)
- Aruba (AUA)
- Cartagena, Colombia (CTG)
- Grand Cayman (GCM)
- Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR)
- New Orleans (MSY)
- Pittsburgh (PIT)
- San Pedro Sula, Honduras (SAP)
- St. Maarten (SXM)
All new routes, except Cali, are currently open for booking through JetBlue’s website and app.

Expanded Service to Popular Cities
In addition to launching new destinations, JetBlue is increasing service on heavily traveled routes, giving South Florida customers more daily options to:
- Atlanta (ATL)
- Hartford (BDL)
- Boston (BOS)
- San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU)
- Cancún, Mexico (CUN)
- Kingston, Jamaica (KIN)
- Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (PUJ)
- San José, Costa Rica (SJO)
- Santiago, Dominican Republic (STI)
This increase reflects JetBlue’s effort to match customer demand with greater frequency across the network.
Enhancing the Customer Experience
JetBlue has built a strong reputation for combining value with comfort. Passengers traveling from FLL can expect free high-speed Wi-Fi, seatback entertainment at every seat, complimentary snacks and drinks, and its premium Mint® service on select flights.
Later in 2026, the airline will open a dedicated Mint base for in-flight crew members in Fort Lauderdale, highlighting its long-term commitment to the region.

Strategic Expansion and Future Growth
Since early 2025, JetBlue has added 17 new routes from Fort Lauderdale. By December, the carrier will operate 113 peak daily departures to 46 nonstop destinations.
The expansion aligns with JetBlue’s JetForward strategy, focused on building the strongest East Coast leisure network while providing competitive fares and reliable service.
The latest announcement underscores Fort Lauderdale’s role as a vital gateway to Latin America and the Caribbean, while reinforcing JetBlue’s dominance in South Florida’s aviation market.
