Launch Delay by 2025

Global Airlines postponed its inaugural flights until at least 2025. Initially targeting a launch in the spring or summer of 2024, the airline has revised its timeline.

In late April, Global Airlines acquired its first Airbus A380, which was ferried from California to Scotland. The aircraft, now stationed at Glasgow Prestwick Airport (GLA), is undergoing significant refitting and maintenance to prepare for service.

The company is preparing for its next growth phase, which includes recruiting for senior positions, investing in bringing its first A380 back into service, and advancing plans to acquire additional aircraft.
