Sławomir Cenckiewicz will head the National safety Bureau in Karol Nawrocki's office. "There's a problem here, due to the fact that prof. Cenckiewicz is facing prosecutorial charges for violating state secrets, and he's not allowed to do so," said abroad Minister Radosław Sikorski.
